Nigeria Opening Speech Human Rights
Opening Speech for Nigeria
Honourable Chair and Fellow Delegates,
As the delegates of Nigeria, we feel honoured to take part in this prestigious conference.
As we all know, millions of people need humanitarian need in today’s world. Mainly economic factors are important in these situations. Recently, Syria and the Middle East need humanitarian aid because of the civil war and various conflicts.
Humanitarian access is also a major issue. Throughout 2017 conflict and targeted attacks have restricted humanitarian operations, particularly in Afghanistan, CAR (Central African Republic), DRC(Democratic Republic of Congo), Myanmar, Somalia and Yemen in 2017.
Secondly, we need to increase the donation to UNICEF to help more children around the world.
We are sure that we are going to have fruitful debates to solve these important problems in the world.
